I received an email from the MIT Forum today announcing that Houston’s premier “tech orgs” (HTC, MIT Forum, and Custom Catalytic Solutions) are co-hosting Mixers, Elixirs and IMAX® at the Houston Museum of Natural Science on Friday, Aug. 10, from 6 - 10 p.m. The Natural Science Museum has been hosting these since early June, but it looks like they are trying to reach out to different audiences and while this event may not be specifically related to startups, it certainly provides a chance to do that which all startups need to do on a regular basis and that is to network.
