Spring based Pivot3, a developer of clustered storage solutions have been actively touting their RAIGE product on the market lately. RAIGE (RAID Across Independent Gigabit Ethernet) provides “block-level infrastructure virtualization” that they claim can reduce “infrastructure cost by 50 percent or more.”
Pivot3 is backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Interwest Partners.
