I support the big venue and a chance to formally introduce products. I'd just love to be able to better get to know my fellow web entrepreneurs. (My company piersystems.com is probably not technically a start-up anymore, but we still have that mindset, and there ARE only 2 of us in Houston, and 15 in the whole company.)

We probably can't sponsor it, but I could probably secure us a board-room venue suitable for presentations and such with enough lead time. How many people would be coming?

Good call on the need for a new venue! I like Ziggy's and TR.

Konstruction Zone would love to present to the masses, but we will have to probably do it in May(or when the HSHH schedule permits). Most likely out of town for the April HSHH. What might be interesting is to set up a Digg like voting system on who everybody wants to hear from? Allow for suggestions so that we can reach out to those companies which are not already attending, but everyone wants to hear about... You could probably use a Digg like technology with the article being a simple description of the company.

What would the sponsor's contribution be used toward?
