		<description>I agree with Blair completely.  The growth in the small business framework being done by HTC, Rice Alliance, Startup Houston, etc, etc, etc will allow the city to build upon our existing energy-related strengths and expand into more diverse technology realms.  Go us!</description>

We are big believers that Houston will continue its solid momentum for the next 4-5 years(obviously fueled by the strong energy economy) and this will lead to a multiplier effect of pools of talent and capital moving into local internet, enterprise software, biotech and cleantech startups. This recognition is only the beginning...
